This form uses the PayPal Shopping Cart to process payments for BDTA's City Camps. If you already have a PayPal account, you may use it, but it is not required; if you don't have a PayPal account, you may process the payment using your credit card. Tuition is $200 per week-long session per child. For complete information, please click on one of the links above.

Note: Registering is a 2 step process!

Step 1: Use the Shopping Cart to make your payment. Fill this form out once for each session that each child is being registered for and then click on the "Add to Cart" button which will take you to your Shopping Cart. You may return to this page as many times as you like (in order to register a child for more sessions or to register another child) by clicking the Paypal "Continue Shopping" button. This allows you to make a single payment for all registrations. Before checking out, make sure the quantity for each item in the Cart is 1. After checking out of your Cart and making your payment, you will need to click on the Paypal "Step 2: Fill Out Student Registration Form" button in order to complete the registration process for a single child. You will need to complete Step 2 once for each child you have signed up!
